Dangerous Heat & Possible Flooding

Multiple threats across the state for today! Middle and west TN are under heat alerts, for dangerous heat levels once again. Then parts of middle and east TN are outlooked for possible flooding today!

First off, the heat. Heat index readings will be over 110 in west TN. This is the area with an extreme heat warning. Further east, heat index readings will be over 105, hence the heat advisory areas. The map below shows the heat warning in pink, and the heat advisory in orange.

On the flip side, here is the flooding risk from the WPC for today. The green is a level 1 out of 4 risk, and the yellow is the level 2 out of 4 flooding risk...
